The help desk provides limited assistance with access to Canvas, including assistance with logging in and general web browser troubleshooting.

Compliance

Provide technical support with compliance and ethics training

Equipment and Event Services

Equipment requests for teaching/learning/meetings in classrooms and meeting rooms. Support of audio services and multi-media needs for the following events: university non-academic sponsored, alumni, IHL State College Board.

IVN and Interactive Clasrooms

The primary purpose of the Southern Miss Interactive Classroom is to share academic courses between the Hattiesburg campus and regional Southern Miss campuses.

Virtual Learning

First level technical assistance with Teams, WebEx, and Zoom.
